"Excellent Historical Culture Enters Campus" Entered Washington, D.C. Again

On November 19 local time, the experts, scholars and commentators from the Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Museum walked into the Washington International School to launch a colorful and interesting "Excellent Historical Culture Enters Campus" program, and more than 50 students studying Chinese in the school's 6th and 10th grades attended the event. The activities are divided into five parts: micro-lectures, knowledge competition, Qin-style clothing experience, Q & A, and round-table discussion.

In the micro-lecture of "Emperor Qinshihuang and his Underground Kingdom", contents about the emperor's life, historical achievements and Qin terracotta warriors were covered. With the Harvard Zero thinking model, the lecture guided the students to understand historical figures and appreciate the art works through artistic elements including lines, patterns, shapes, space and sports, so that the students can actively participate in the learning.

On September 13, 2017, the"Excellent Historical Culture Enters Campus" program entered the Washington International School for the first time.
